About Nora
Nora is an incredibly stunning tricolor border collie who will blow you away with her gorgeous eyes and her jaw-dropping good looks. But this big, beautiful girl is looking for someone who can see past her pretty face.
Nora came to PRBCR after being bounced from home to home, so she was cautious, never really sure what was going on. With the help of her incredibly patient foster mom and foster pup brother, she has made amazing strides, but she needs a patient home ready to devote some time to helping her realize life is good.
Nora is a Velcro dog who always wants to be right by her person’s side. She’s extremely food motivated, so training is easy and she’s a smart and quick learner. She’s even currently doing a little nosework.
Nora needs someone with border collie experience who will continue her training. She has a few quirky behaviors when she’s anxious, she likes to stay on a schedule, and is reactive to squirrels and dogs when walking on a leash. But she’s getting much better with all these things and will continue to do so with a patient, loving person.
She would do best with someone who isn’t gone very long during the day and requires a fenced-in yard, with no small children or cats. She loves to play and would be great with a relatively laid-back dog.
We know Nora comes with a few issues that need work, so she is looking for the perfect person to find a place in their heart and home.
